Āyurveda sees each individual as a unique combination of the five elements. Daily practices including Yoga asana help us build our relationship to these elements, and bring balance to physical body, mind, and spirit. During this five week session, Kara invites you to get to know your elemental self through asana, pranayama, meditation, and the teachings of Āyurveda. When we cultivate our connection to the elemental world we feel rejuvenated, reconnected, re-attuned, and whole.
