Asana & the Subtle Body (in-person + livestream)
w. Kara Aubin . CAP, E.RYT, AYT
Yogic philosophy describes five bodies, or sheaths, that comprise all levels of our human experience. The practice of yoga not only acquaints us with these layers, giving us a vocabulary to understand them, but also provides tools to navigate the subtle body.
Join AyurYoga instructor and Ayurvedic Practitioner Kara Aubin for this five-week semester course of inner exploration. Each session weaves together theory, asana, pranayama, and meditation to support strength, flexibility, and a deeper awareness of your inner landscape.
