Sound Sanctuary | Preparing for Stillness
w. Kara Markovich
As October deepens and the days grow shorter, the natural world begins its gentle descent into stillness. This Sound Sanctuary invites you to attune to the season’s call to turn inward—gathering warmth, grounding the body, and replenishing the spirit before the quiet of winter arrives.
Through the soothing vibrations of bowls, chimes, gongs, and other healing instruments, you’ll be guided into a meditative state of deep rest and renewal. This evening is an opportunity to soften, release, and reconnect with your inner calm amidst the shifting season.
