Yoga for a New Year | an AyurYoga Semester
w. Kara Aubin . CAP, E.RYT, AYT

A new year often brings the desire to reset—clear the heaviness of the holidays, re-establish rhythm, and feel at home in your body again. This semester is designed to meet you right there. Through the lens of Yoga and Ayurveda, you’ll reconnect with strength, digestion, calm focus, and a steadier emotional landscape.

Each class combines functional movement, intentional breathwork, bandhas, meditation, and restorative practices. The work is simple and powerful: support your digestion, regulate your nervous system, improve sleep, strengthen your body, and rebuild clarity one week at a time. Students often find that consistent practice in January creates momentum that carries into the rest of the year.
