New Moon Yoga Nidra (livestream)
w. Kara Aubin . CAP, E.RYT, AYT
The new moon marks the beginning of a new lunar cycle—a time to pause, turn inward, and plant seeds of intention for the month ahead. This phase invites stillness and clarity, offering space to reflect and align with what you wish to bring forward.
In this monthly practice, Kara Aubin (CAP, E-RYT, AYT) guides you through Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep,” a deeply restorative practice that brings the body into rest while the mind remains awake and aware. Through breath, intention, and awareness, you’ll plant your seeds of intention not in the unstable soil of thought, but deep in the steady ground of consciousness itself.
