The Practice: Vata Root & Restore (in-person + livestream)
w. Kara Aubin . E.RYT, PAC, AYT
As autumn unfolds, the light, dry, mobile qualities of Vata increase in our bodies and minds. Ayurveda teaches that when Vata is elevated, we may feel scattered, ungrounded, restless, or depleted.
In this two-week series, you’ll be supported by practices to:
Build steadiness and stability in body and mind
Understand how Vata imbalance manifests
Restore grounding as the season shifts
Cultivate deep rest and replenishment
This series will weave together asana, pranayama, kriya, and AyurYoga to bring balance and ease.
Two-week series: October 22 + 29
