The Practice: Vata Root & Restore (in-person + livestream)

As autumn unfolds, the light, dry, mobile qualities of Vata increase in our bodies and minds. When elevated, Vata can leave us feeling scattered, ungrounded, restless, anxious, or depleted.
This two-week series offers supportive practices rooted in Ayurveda and Yoga to help restore steadiness, grounding, and deep rest as the season shifts.

Across two sessions (October 22 + 29), participants will:

When is the series offered?
Two Wednesdays: October 22 + 29 at 5:30p ET. Each class is 75 minutes.
How can I participate?
You can join us in-person at the Ayurvedic Wellness Center or livestream via Zoom. Registration in a live class includes access to the recording. Classes will also be added to our on-demand library 24 hours after each session.
What are the pricing options?
Drop-in, class pack, and membership options are available. Sliding Scale pricing available upon request.

Kara Aubin is the founder of the Ayurvedic Wellness Center. She is an Ayurvedic Practitioner, ParaYoga teacher, Herbologist, and Holistic Health Coach based in Kalamazoo, MI. With 20 years of experience and training in the sciences of Yoga & Ayurveda with master teachers, Kara weaves the teachings of Yoga, Ayurveda, and holistic living into her clinical practice, group classes, workshops, and private sessions to share radical wellness with you.
