why should we cleanse?
ฤyurveda views seasonal transitions to be important opportunities for cleansing and rejuvenation. The transition from winter to spring is a time to clear the excess heavy and cold qualities that have accumulated throughout the winter, and which left unchecked lead to:

During this Spring Cleanse process, weโll take an ฤyurvedic, food-based approach to cleansing and rejuvenation. This integrated, effective approach will leave you feeling clearer, cleaner, and renewed.
how does it work?
Our ฤyurvedic seasonal cleanses consist of food practices and lifestyle practices to best align with the doshic influences of the season. Youโll be instructed in recommended home practices to create optimal functioning of digestion, elimination, and immune systems. This is a program to clear last seasonโs accumulations, and gently reset the system for the season ahead.
The cleanse process occurs in three phases: a Preparation phase, a Purification phase, and a Rejuvenation phase. Youโll be guided through each with Kara, an experienced ฤyurvedic Practitioner, as your guide.
who is cleansing appropriate for?
An ฤyurvedic food-based cleanse is appropriate for most people. Spring Cleanses are powerful support for those who experience sluggish digestion and/or elimination, weight gain, a predisposition to respiratory illness, and seasonal colds and allergies. Joint pain, fatigue, stress, mental fog, and insomnia are also regularly addressed through the cleanse process.
Youโd want sit this round out if you are pregnant, or less than 6 months out from chemotherapy or radiation. If you have a serious digestive health concern, please reach out to Kara directly to inquire about the suitability of this process for you.
