One who is established in Self, who has balanced doshas (constitution), balanced agni (fire of digestion) properly formed dhatus (tissues), proper elimination of malas (waste products), well functioning bodily processes, and whose mind, soul and senses are full of bliss is called healthy (svastha).
— Sushruta Samhita Su 15:41

svastha: the three pillars of health
ayurvedic theory + practice course

what is Svastha?

Sva (self) + Stha (stability, to be established in). Svastha is the word Ayurveda uses for health. Ayurveda is an elegant life science that holds the theory and mechanisms to assist you as an individual in returning to and maintaining your own inherent constitutional balance. Holding that health is so much more than an absence of disease, Ayurveda helps us cultivate a level of wellness that allows us to show up fully in our lives: vibrantly, vitally, and energetically.

what will I learn?

This course is organized in three modules around the three Ayurvedic pillars of health. Each module will be presented in three live-streamed classes that will connect ancient Ayurvedic teachings with small daily steps you can take to create abundant health.
