who is this program for?

This nine month program is for graduates of Sva Sadhana.

Coming out of Sva Sadhana you have so much knowledge in the realm of Yoga and Ayurveda. You’ve had an experience of 9 months of dedicated sadhanaa. You’ve witnessed how these practices when supported by friends on the path bring more health and alignment into your life.

I’ve seen enough students through this process to know that all those amazing gains will wain if not consistently tended. This is the way of sadhana. The invitation is to protect it, nurture it, and return to it again and again. Students often recognize how supportive the container and structure of Sva Sadhana has been and repeat the program.

Recognizing how helpful having a place to return to the teaching is, and how much more likely we are to show up for ourselves, when we show up with others - I’ve developed Sadhana Continuum.

It’s a place for you to remember how powerful the practice of Yoga & Āyurveda are, and invite yourself back.

You’ll return to teachings that feel like familiar friends and go deeper into concepts than a first look allows.

You already know the power of these tools for self-exploration, growth, and transformation within the supportive container of a community. This cohort will represent a large span of ages, levels of Yoga experience, and life paths, that all share a common language of Yoga & Ayurveda . You’ll reconnect with old friends, and make some dear new ones.

the path to practice; how you’ll engage the teachings

You’ll find all the supportive components of Sva Sadhana (sitting with the teachings, monthly sadhana, reading, reflection, community, check-ins, and more) with more flexibility for how and when you engage.

Each month will be focused on a theme, they include:

  • dinacharya - the grounded, rhythmic support of routine as medicine

  • asana - sacred geometry as medicine, physical stability, energetic access, mindful alignment

  • nourishment - food as medicine, doshic dietary guidance, practical menu planning

  • sleep + restoration - tamas as medicine, tools to counter tiredness, depletion, and exhaustion

  • energy management - rajas as medicine, a focus on practices that tend our pranic life-force

  • mind health - sattva as medicine,

  • seasonal recalibration - langhana as medicine, food and lifestyle supports to bridge transitions

  • growth + expansion - becoming more ourselves as medicine, moving from imbalance (Vikriti) to balance (Prakrti)

  • stability - sticking with it as medicine, strategies to find balance, tend balance, and return when we fall away

Opportunities to engage include monthly live-sessions, theme-inspired sadhana suggestions (OMwork), recorded practices, suggested reading, sadhana habit trackers, and accountability yogis.

Sadhana Continuum is designed to be flexible in format. Each month you can engage as much and in ways that feel supportive.
