are you ready for an individualized approach to wellness?
why Ayurveda?
Ayurveda, 'The Science of Life', is an ancient system of healing from India. This holistic system looks at how the five elements manifest uniquely in each individual and addresses imbalances based on your unique constitutional type, known in Ayurveda as Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.
The result? A modality that 'sees' you as a person, and not as your symptoms or disease. This is not a one-size fits all approach.
how we approach clinical ayurveda
Our clinically trained Ayurvedic practitioners work with clients in four areas: food practices, lifestyle practices, Yoga, and herbal supports. This multi-pronged approach is truly holistic and addresses physical, energetic, and mental wellness. Your health concerns and goals are the guiding principle for this work. You and your practitioner will work together as partners to cultivate the practices that will enable you to feel HOW YOU WANT TO FEEL.
Ayurveda is a profound way to address a variety of health issues.
Do you want to…

don’t take our word for it… what clinical clients are saying
Kara has made practicing Ayurveda extremely simple and straightforward for me. From the outside, I was intimidated to start working with her because it seemed like there was so much I didn’t understand about Ayurveda. But once I started, I was surprised at how little I needed to know, and how easy it has been to integrate her suggestions into my daily routine. After only a couple of months, I feel a strong sense of internal cleanliness and vitality.
- Ian Z.
I can't imagine not working with Kristin! I've seen so many amazing and tangible changes in my system over the past 8 months. My life truly feels changed. Kristin is welcoming, deeply knowledgeable, clear in her instructions and plans, and is accommodating to your needs.
- Eva G.
There are no gimmicks here, nothing to buy, nor quick fixes- only ancient truths and techniques to help you live a richer, fuller, healthier and happier life. I will forever be a student of Ayurveda.
- Tammy G.
Kristin has met me where I am at every step of the way. Translation, Kristin exhibits unconditional listening and respect for what resonates for her clients, fostering mutual collaboration to develop the optimal protocol that returns one back towards harmony and joy in the underlying field as well as what to implement that helps dance gracefully in the natural tug and pull of life.
- Christine H.
