This sauce comes together in just five minutes and is goes great with roasted vegetables, grains, warm salads, proteins, and more.
Ingredients
½ cup olive oil
¾ cup olive oil
¼ cup water
2 TBS white vinegar
1 tsp Himalayan mineral salt
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1 clove garlic (or ½ tsp hing)
Black pepper to taste
1 - 1 ½ cups of lightly packed fresh herbs (basil, parsley, cilantro, etc.)
Juice of 1 lemon

Method
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth + creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
