This sauce comes together in just five minutes and is amazing over roasted vegetables, beans, grains, and proteins.
Ingredients
½ cup olive oil
½ cup water
¼ tahini
A big bunch of cilantro
A big bunch of parsley
1 clove garlic (or ½ tsp hing)
Juice of half a lemon (~2 TBSP)
1 tsp Himalayan mineral salt

Method
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary. If the sauce is too runny, add a little more tahini.
