Ayurvedic Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • ½ cup chia seeds

  • 2 cups almond or coconut milk

  • 1 tsp rosewater (optional, but delicious)

  • ¼ tsp Sweet Spice, or ground cardamom

  •  2 tsp maple syrup or coconut sugar

  • 1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, etc.)

Method

  • Mix all ingredients in a mason jar or bowl.  Stir well, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
