These Healthy No-Bake Churro Bites are a simple, feel-good twist on a classic favorite. Made with nourishing ingredients and warming spices like cinnamon, they come together quickly with no baking required. They’re naturally sweet, satisfying, and perfect when you’re craving something cozy without feeling weighed down afterward.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½  cups almond flour

  • ¼ cup almond butter 

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp Himalayan mineral salt

  • ¼  cup pure maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 

  • ¼ cup maple sugar (for rolling)

Method

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, almond butter, cinnamon, salt, maple syrup, and vanilla. Mix until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms that’s easy to handle.

  • Place the maple sugar in a shallow dish, then roll each ball until evenly coated. Transfer to the fridge and chill for 15–20 minutes to firm up. Enjoy!
