winter wellness + asana workshop (in-person or virtual)

Ayurveda is a science of balance. One of the primary places we seek balance is between our internal environment and the external environment. This relationship of microcosm and macrocosm means that our self-care, daily routines, diet, and lifestyle should be dynamic and fluid as we orient to the wisdom of the natural world. Join Ayurvedic Practitioner and ParaYoga instructor, Kara Aubin for this Winter Wellness workshop.

Ayurveda prescribes certain seasonal practices to ease the transition from one season to the next. In this workshop, you’ll explore the theory of seasonal transitional practice (ṛtucharya) and learn food and lifestyle practices to help ease the transition from the intense heat of summer to the cool, dryness of autumn. You’ll have tools to take home and create more balance this fall!

Your guide is Kara Aubin, Ayurvedic Practitioner, Yoga Therapist, and founder of the Ayurvedic Wellness Center.

*This workshop is a great introduction to the Fall Rejuvenation Cleanse, and your registration fee may be credited towards the Fall Cleanse if you choose to participate.
