Winter Wellness + Asana Workshop (In-Person or Virtual) with Kara Aubin E.RYT, PAC, AYT
Ayurveda is a science of balance. One of the primary places we seek balance is between our internal environment and the external environment. This relationship of microcosm and macrocosm means that our self-care, daily routines, diet, and lifestyle should be dynamic and fluid as we orient to the wisdom of the natural world. Join Ayurvedic Practitioner and ParaYoga instructor, Kara Aubin for this Winter Wellness workshop.
You’ll explore what elements and qualities are in excess this season and what we can do on the mat and off to create the ideal balance for your constitution. Improve your digestion, elimination, sleep, energy, and mood with this science of self-healing.
This workshop begins with a Winter Wellness Class, exploring the Ayurvedic teachings on food practices, lifestyle practices, and powerful, seasonal Ayurvedic tools you can implement at home this winter. Sampling of our favorite winter Ayurvedic products is available for those who can attend in person.
Kara will then lead a 75 minute Winter Wellness Āsana Class using the methodology of AyurYoga to warm and ground body and mind.
You can take the Wellness Class, the Asana Class, or combine them as a workshop!
