May Monthly Meal Plan
w. Stephanie Velo MS, RD

Ayurvedically we understand food is medicine. Putting that understanding into practice with consideration for dosha, season, and digestibility while feeling culinarily inspired can feel challenging.

With that in mind, we're making eating Ayurvedically easy, beginning May 1. Join Stephanie Velo, MS, RD for our new Monthly Meal Planning program.

Each month this program supports you in making whole food, plant-based, Ayurveda inspired recipes - simply and deliciously. You'll receive 10+ easy, seasonal recipes with suggested modifications per dosha; tips and tricks focused on nutrition and Ayurveda will be shared; and you can share and ask questions in our group chat feature with Stephanie, a Registered Dietitian and Ayurvedic Health Counselor.

Supports:

  • 10+ new Ayurvedic recipes each month covering breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, and beverage

  • Simple, mostly 1-pot meals for ease and convenience

  • Tips, tricks, and education on the how and why of Ayurvedic eating

  • Culinary inspiration to try new foods and food approaches

  • Ideas to modify recipes doshically

  • The guidance of a Registered Dietitian + Ayurvedic Health Counselor

Take your food and make it medicine with guidance in our Monthly Meal Plan program.
