Plant-based milks offer a healthy and delicious alternative to dairy. When purchased from the store, these processed milks often have unnecessary ingredients like stabalizers, are lacking in prana, and create a lot of packaging waste. The solution? Making your own plant-based milks at home.
In this class you will learn how to make 5-6 different plant-based milks. You will also explore their differing qualities & tastes from an Ayurvedic perspective. We will discuss what milks would be ideal for different seasons, doshas & usages. The best part is, we will taste each milk so that you will leave the class knowing which are your favorites!
