What you eat plays a critical role in how you feel. Ayurveda teaches us that each season can be approached with specific food practices for optimal wellness.
The focus of the workshop will be finding balance and bringing Ayurvedic wisdom into your life. You’ll learn about the foundational theories of Ayurvedic nutrition, the Six Tastes and thermal effect, and how to apply these this season.
We’ll share the Ayurvedic teaching of autumn food practices, sample raw ingredients, and Vata pacifying recipes will be demonstrated and tasted. You’ll enjoy sampling a plant-based entree, a dessert, and a warming fall beverage. All recipes are whole food, gluten free, and vegan. Resources to take home are provided.
