If there’s something we love, it’s definitely our chai. Our days are just better with a spicy, sweet, nourishing ritual in a cup. This caffeine-free herbal blend is supportive for those of us with more sensitive nervous systems or for those times of day when we don’t need any additional stimulation.
2oz + 5oz
use: This whole herb blend can be steeped, or for a more robust cup, boiled in filtered water for 10-20 minutes. Add milk or mylk (if dairy, bring up to a boil), strain into your favorite chai mug and sweeten to taste.
ingredients: tulsi, cardamom, sariva, ginger, brahmi, dashamula, ashwagandha, cinnamon, black pepper, licorice.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture.
