You can now drop-in to April’s Friday Restore semester!

Join Kara for a weekly lunchtime rejuvenation session. Yoga Nidra is proven to relieve pain and tension, reduce stress and sympathetic nervous system activation, replicate the brain waves and rest of deep sleep, and cultivate a profound meditative state.
