Ready to clear stuckness and stagnation of the physical, energetic, and mental bodies?

Monday Meditation drop-ins are now available for April’s semester. This 30 minutes session will begin with breath work to steady the physical body and settle the energy body. Each week you’ll experience a guided meditation practice from the Vedic traditions.
