You’re invited to drop-in to the morning session of Sva Sadhana Yoga + Ayurveda training. This month’s morning session begins with satsang (sitting with the teachings) on the mind and the access that our Yoga practice gives us to shape and befriend it. An extended format āsana practice follows the lecture. This practice will include āsana, pranayama, bandha, mantra, and meditation.
These monthly drop-in sessions are an opportunity to experience the depth of practice that a training holds, with the flexibility of a drop-in session. They are a lovely way to treat yourself to a profound practice. 6 months yoga āsana experience required.
