Join Plant-based Ayurvedic Chef, Kristin Linde, for a special Ayurvedic cooking class where we’ll explore the art of making delicious, doshically balanced, Ayurvedic sweets! In Ayurveda, sweets are seen as nourishing and grounding, but they should be enjoyed in moderation and crafted with mindful ingredients.
In this hands on cooking class, Kristin will show you how to make treats that are less sugary and more spiced, tailored to balance your unique dosha. These guilt-free indulgences not only satisfy cravings but also support your body, calm your mind, and keep your waistline in check by using wholesome, natural ingredients.
