In this session of Cooking With Kristin we are making delicious late spring (Kapha friendly) recipes perfect for post cleanse or just to enjoy as we move through the tail end of Kapha season. This month’s recipes pack a lot of punch flavor wise, yet remain gentle and easy on digestion.

We’ll be making:

  • The Most Flavorful Dal You’ve Ever Had (w/basmati rice) - designed to include all six tastes this flavorful dal is perfect for spring, and a great choice post cleanse.

  • Spring Hike Energy Balls - these delightful treats are high protein, ojas building, not too sweet, and perfect for a spring hike.
