monday meditation (drop-in, live only)

Join Kara for a weekly a 30 minute meditation practice. Our sessions will begin with breath work to steady the physical body and settle the energy body. Each week you’ll experience a guided meditation practice from the Vedic traditions.

Participation in this individual practice is available live via Zoom, and does not include recordings. If you prefer to register for the entire month and receive weekly recordings, please register for the semester.

This practice is offered on a sliding scale:
