8 Spice: this delicious pungent and salty blend is a traditional Ayurvedic recipe used to eliminate Vata digestive disturbances (gas, bloating, constipation, etc). We use it three ways, 1) as a cooking spice, 2) to spice at the table, 3) in a hot water as a tea for acute gas/bloat. This is a long-time client favorite, and some clients even carry a jar in their bag.
Kitchari Spice: easy on digestion, easy in the kitchen. Mung beans, basmati rice, and the spice mix and you’v got yourself a digestive reset.
