Many of us struggle to sleep. It seems like this critical life function should be easier to come by - but given our stress load, time of life, and health history it can be frustrating (even debilitating) to not be able to access easeful sleep. Often you can track sleep issues back to your overstimulated nervous system, your rhythms are off, or your body hasn’t been shown how to downshift. This workshop is designed to help you gently retrain your system to settle - so sleep can happen naturally.

is this a lecture or a hands-on experience?
This is an immersive, experiential workshop. While you’ll learn practical guidance, you’ll also practice the tools during the session so your body can begin to recognize and remember them.
Is this workshop in-person or online?
This workshop is offered in-person at the Ayurvedic Wellness Center and livestream via Zoom.
Please note: product sampling (herbs, oils, teas) is only available in-person.
