Sound Sanctuary | Quiet Beginnings
w. Kara Markovich
January is the month of the hidden seed—resting, gathering strength, and holding the quiet blueprint of what will come. This is a season of clearing the inner soil, making space, and letting the first soft sparks of intention form beneath the surface.
In this Sound Sanctuary, the grounding tones of the bowls, the slow pulse of the drum, and the spacious resonance of the gong create a field of deep restoration. As the sound settles the nervous system, you may notice the subtle beginnings of ideas, desires, or direction—still tender, still unspoken, but starting to take shape.
Come to soften into stillness, plant quiet seeds for the year ahead, and begin again from a place of clarity and calm.
