A Sva Sadhana Reunion (in-person + livestream)

This year marks the 8th graduating class of Sva Sadhana. Each of those 8 years, an amazing cohort of practitioners has graduated with a deepened understanding of Yoga & Ayurveda, a clearer sense of themselves, and a community of friends on the path.

This May we’ll gather, and reconnect. Share some time in practice. Connect with old friends and new. This gathering is my gift and a celebration of all the amazing people (you!) I’ve had the privilege of sharing these teachings with.

This gathering will include time together with the teachings, a short sadhana, and a catered Saffron lunch. It’s all a gift to you - all you need to do is RSVP.

Can’t join us in-person? You’re welcome to join us via livestream, the only thing we can’t beam your way is the lunch!
