Join plant-based Ayurvedic chef, Kristin Linde, for a hands-on Ayurvedic Cooking class dedicated to crafting wholesome Ayurvedic breakfast options that energize your mornings and promote overall well-being. This session is perfect for individuals seeking to incorporate balanced, dosha-specific meals into their daily routine.

Class Highlights:

  • Discover the importance of starting your day with light, warm, and easily digestible foods to stimulate digestion and balance morning Kapha energy

  • Learn to prepare breakfast dishes tailored to balance each dosha

  • Explore the benefits of ingredients like ghee, ginger, and seasonal fruits, and how to use them creatively in your morning meals.

This is an interactive cooking experience where you will engage in live demonstrations, ask questions, and gain hands-on experience in preparing these nourishing dishes. Kristin will guide you through each recipe, ensuring you leave with the confidence to recreate them at home.

This class is offered in-person at the Ayurvedic Wellness Center.
