june movement + meditation semester (in-person OR virtual)

Join Kara for a month of weekly meditation practices. This 45 minute class begins with movement to re-align the physical body. Pranayama collects and directs life force to prepare for a seated practice. Each session culminates with a guided meditation practice from the Vedic traditions to stabilize and purify the mind.

Why Movement + Meditation?
- Getting intentional at the beginning of the week, shapes the rest of it.
- If you’re in motion throughout the rest of your day, the counter balance is stilling the mind.
- The self-knowledge that comes via meditation give us the ability to discern the next right action without doubt.
- Committing to a practice, is committing to your Self.

This semester is offered in-person at the Ayurvedic Wellness Center OR virtually via Zoom.
Please choose one registration type only for the semester. At this time you may not switch attendance types week to week.

Can’t participate live on Monday’s at 5:30p EST? No worries, semester registration includes on-demand recordings of each weekly practice.

Pre-Registration Required. $30 for the semester.
