Our Vata, Pitta, and Kapha Kitchari Kits take the guesswork out of making a delicious batch of kitchari, every time.
Specially formulated to pacify each dosha, each kit contains a Mung Bean / Basmati Rice blend ratio-ed for your dosha, and a kitchari spice packet.
It’s simple; each kit is portioned so there’s no measuring or guesswork, simply use all of the contents of each kit, and follow the included instructions. That’s it!
If you do not already have some, our Organic Cultured Ghee is highly recommended when making kitchari.

vata ingredients: mung beans, basmati rice, cumin powder, turmeric, fennel powder, himalayan mineral salt, fennel seed, cumin seed, ginger, pepper, hing (hing, wheat, gum arabic, rice, rice bran), fenugreek, mustard seed.
pitta ingredients: mung beans, basmati rice, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, cumin seed, fennel, ginger, pepper, hing (hing, wheat, gum arabic, rice, rice bran), fenugreek, himalayan mineral salt, cardamom.
kapha ingredients: mung beans, basmati rice, cumin powder, turmeric, pepper, cinnamon, himalayan mineral salt, cumin seed, ginger, mustard seed, hing (hing, wheat, gum arabic, rice, rice bran), fenugreek.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture.
