May Gentle Yoga Semster with Judah Gesmundo
Gentle Yoga offers a practice designed to build flexibility, balance, strength, calmness, and inner attunement to body and mind. Join Judah Gesmundo for a class which includes gentle opening postures which lubricate the joints from toes to head; active sequences which build strength, balance, and prana; and inwardly-directed awareness-building practices. We will use the breath to calm the nervous system, strengthen focus and develop meditative inner attunement.
Cumulative effects of this practice include increased flexibility, strength and balance; a greater attunement to the mind-body connection; and a more peaceful, grounded start to your day.
