Summer Solstice Celebration
w. Kara Aubin . CAP, E.RYT, AYT + Kara Markovich
The Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year and the apex of the solar cycle. The word solstice comes from the Latin meaning "stopped" or "stationary." It is the still point where the sun appears to pause in its gradually shifting position on the horizon before beginning its descent.
That pause is easy to overlook. We are often so oriented toward what comes next that we move through transitions without stopping to feel them. And yet, the pause is where the sacred unfolds.
Join Kara Aubin for this special gathering where yoga, movement, and community connection weave together into one intentional and collective pause. We'll honor the fullness of this solar season and close the evening with something sweet, thoughtfully prepared by Kristin to ground and delight.
what you’ll experience
