Creating Calm in the Kitchen (in-person)
w. Kristin Linde
Food nourishes us in more ways than one. In this experiential class, we'll explore the practice of preparing food with greater presence, awareness, and intention. Inspired by Ayurvedic teachings and the themes of Eating in the Light of the Moon, this experience will invite us to slow down and reconnect with cooking as an act of care rather than obligation or control.
This class is not about perfection or food rules. It's about cultivating a more compassionate and nourishing relationship with ourselves through the act of cooking and sharing food together.
Together, we'll prepare a simple seasonal meal in a relaxed, unhurried setting. Whether you're exploring your relationship with food for the first time or deepening an existing practice, this class offers a gentle and grounding entry point.
