The Nourish Circle: A Community Book Club Rooted in Yoga & Ayurveda
w. Kristin Linde

The Nourish Circle is a new community offering created to bring women together in meaningful conversation, reflection, and connection.

Through thoughtfully selected books, we will explore themes connected to Yoga, Ayurveda, mindfulness, embodiment, and conscious living. Some books may focus on our relationship with food. Others may widen the lens into healing, awareness, and the wisdom of Vedic teachings. Each selection is chosen to spark depth, curiosity, and honest dialogue.

This circle is not a lecture series.
It is not a diet group.
It is not about fixing ourselves.

it is a space to:

  • Engage thoughtfully with meaningful texts

  • Reflect through the lens of Yoga and Ayurveda

  • Build connection and community

  • Practice listening and speaking with awareness

  • Deepen our understanding of nourishment — in every sense

We will read at a steady pace, gather intentionally, and allow conversation to unfold with respect and care.

our first book:

We begin with Eating in the Light of the Moon written by psychologist Anita Johnston, a powerful and poetic exploration of women and their relationship with food.

Blending storytelling, myth, and clinical insight, this book invites readers to consider how food can become intertwined with identity, emotion, control, comfort, and longing. Rather than offering rules or prescriptions, it opens space for deeper reflection and compassion.

This is not a heavy or clinical read; it’s a meaningful one. It asks us to listen carefully to the stories we carry and to approach nourishment with greater awareness and gentleness.

If you are craving thoughtful dialogue, deeper connection, and a community grounded in these teachings, you are warmly invited to join us.

Come curious. Come open. Come as you are.
