Iyengar-informed Alignment: Awakening Strength & Stability (in-person or livestream)
w. Jeremy Blair

We’re delighted to welcome Jeremy Blair back to lead an eight-week journey into strength and stability. Drawing from the Iyengar tradition, each class emphasizes precise alignment, thoughtful use of props, and accessible variations that support every body. Students will discover new ways of working with familiar postures and gain insight into the foundations of yoga.

More than a physical practice, the series also integrates pranayama, dharna, and dhyana—breathing, concentration, and meditation techniques that calm the nervous system and focus the mind.
