In Ayurvedic Cooking 101, we’ll explore the fundamentals of Ayurvedic cooking in a supportive, hands-on environment. Whether you’re completely new to the kitchen or simply looking to build more confidence with Ayurvedic principles, this class is for you.
In this session, you will:
Learn how to prep plant-based ingredients for maximum digestibility
Build confidence preparing simple, nourishing meals like kitchari and dal
Craft seasonal, dosha-balancing soups that support your unique constitution
Discover essential Ayurvedic spices and techniques that make cooking both healing and delicious
Gain practical cooking skills to help you implement your Ayurvedic protocol with ease and consistency
You’ll walk away with simple recipes, helpful tips, and a deeper understanding of how to bring Ayurveda into your daily meals with ease.
Ideal for beginners or anyone craving a little extra kitchen confidence and Ayurvedic inspiration.
This class is offered in-person at the Ayurvedic Wellness Center or livestream via Zoom. Registration includes access to a class recording for seven days.
