Unwind + Connect (in-person)
w. Gina Greene . E.RYT, LMT

Are you craving community and inspiration?

Join us for a class that allows time to lean into inspiring poetry or guidance from the sages before exploring gentle, welcoming asana and then softening into the spaciousness of meditation. We’ll end with connection as we circle up to listen to each other share about the initial teaching and how it might move within our hearts and our lives.

If you're looking to deepen your relationship with self, the wholeness, and with others in your community while simultaneously touching into inspiration and resilience through the teachings of the sages and each other… this class is for you!

All levels are welcome. Asana is slow, gentle, and accessible. If meditation is new to you, we find that practicing with a group is uplifting and supportive.

Enhance your capacity, clarity, and community! You will feel calmer, more spacious, and ready to take on the week ahead with grace and gratitude.

Gina Greene . E.RYT, LMT

Gina took her first yoga class in NYC at The Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center where her heart was smitten. Her first certification in Basics was through Kali Ray’s TriYoga system. She went on to complete her 200 and 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training certifications through Lotus in the Flame with her teacher, Melissa Spamer, who shares her deeply lived experience of Yoga & Ayurveda with a dedication that has been a gift to receive.

Gina is grateful for the richness offered her, the ground from which her unique understanding of yoga, bodywork and living with presence could root and rise. She began teaching yoga in the Kalamazoo community eighteen years ago upon request and hasn’t turned away from the invitation since. Her classes tend towards steadiness, essential movements for stability and ease with a request for curiosity and kindness towards the body-mind. She knows well the need to remember and offer the invitation to soften, listen, gentle and receive the sweetness of heart-centered awareness.
