I am excited to share with you today, the news that I was recently accepted into the Ayurvedic Practitioner program of the Ayurvedic Institute for the 2014-2015 school year. This means I will have the opportunity to study in a residential program in Albuquerque, NM with Dr. Vasant Lad, one of the preeminent scholars of Ayurveda in the US. I will be moving for the school year in late September, and returning to Kalamazoo in June of 2015.
 
During the academic year I will be returning to Kalamazoo in December and March to offer yoga and ayurvedic programming and private sessions, as well as continuing to offer private sessions remotely.
 
I look forward to continuing to share the teachings of Yoga & Ayurveda with you until my departure in late September. Join me for a class or session before then! For those of you who I work with privately I look forward to helping you to create an individualized plan for continued practice going forward.
 
Thank you for your support as I expand my vision of what is possible and steep myself in the wisdom of this ancient science. I carry you with me. Until then, we practice!
