Spring is in full bloom, and we're taking our Postpartum Support Circle on the trail! Join Christine Anderson from Kalamazoo Family Tree Wellness on a nature walk through Kleinstuck Preserve, just adjacent to the Ayurvedic Wellness Center. Spend the morning exploring nature, and connecting as we welcome spring. All postpartum folks and children (age 0-4) are invited!

Gather at the Ayurvedic Wellness Center at 9:30am.
Please bring a mask and comfortable walking shoes.
Additional items to bring: water bottle, stroller or baby carrier.
Hike length: 1 mi, this walk will be at a comfortable pace with minimal hills.
