Gentle Yoga Semster with Judah Gesmundo

This Gentle Yoga offering will involve slow, restorative, and breath-connected movement designed to build flexibility, alignment, strength and balance. Please join Judah Gesmundo for a class which will include active opening and lengthening postures, enlivening energy flows, and inward-directed awareness practice. We will use supportive breath practices to calm the nervous system, strengthen focus and develop meditative inner attunement.

Cumulative effects of this practice include relaxation of mind and body, increased levels of energy, greater sensitivity to body, mind and inner experiences and a steadier meditative state.

Thursdays 10:00a-11:00a, in-person only
3 week semester $39
single drop-in $15
