In this one-hour session, Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Kristin Linde will help you gain an understanding of the simple adjustments you can make to your diet, lifestyle, and routine that will profoundly impact your ability to find and maintain your ideal weight for a lifetime. She’ll dive into Ayurvedic principles as they relate to nutrition, digestion, stress management, and more.
