Sound Sanctuary | Preparing for Stillness
w. Kara Markovich
As the weekend of gratitude unfolds, take a quiet pause to receive sound and settle into stillness. This Sunday morning immersion invites you to soften into the heart of thankfulness—not as a fleeting emotion, but as a deep resonance that lives within.
Through the tones of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and the gentle waves of the drum, we’ll rest in the vibration of appreciation—for the breath, the body, and the beauty of this moment. Each sound offers a reminder of what remains steady and true beneath the rush of the season.
Come as you are. Bring those you are most grateful for. Settle into abundance, rest, reflect, and allow the sound to guide you home to gratitude.
