Beyond the Basics (in-person or livestream)
w. Jeremy Blair

Ready to deepen your practice? Beyond the Basics bridges the gap between foundational Yoga and a more dynamic practice, offering students the opportunity to refine alignment, build strength, and explore new variations of common poses. This class expands on the fundamentals of Beginning Yoga while introducing longer holds, flowing sequences, and deeper breathwork.

In this six-week series, you will:

  1. Strengthen your foundation by refining alignment and posture stability

  2. Explore more dynamic asana variations to build confidence and resilience

  3. Develop breath awareness and yogic techniques to support a steady mind

  4. Begin integrating movement and breath for a more fluid practice

This class is ideal for students who have completed Beginning Yoga or have some experience with Yoga and are looking for a gentle next step in their practice.

Semester Investment: $108

This class is offered in-person at the Ayurvedic Wellness Center or livestream via Zoom.

Can’t participate live on Tuesdays at 5:30p ET? No worries, you can find a recording of this class in our on-demand library 24 hours after each session.
