While these classes can be beneficial for all, they may be especially supportive for those experiencing anxiety, navigating specific health concerns, and/or working in fields of service (personal or professional).
This class is offered in-person at the Ayurvedic Wellness Center or livestream via Zoom. Registration includes access to a class recording for 7 days.
Can’t participate live on Tuesdays at 5:30p ET? No worries, you can find a recording of this class in our on-demand library 24 hours after each session.
