Gentle Yoga (in-person or livestream)
w. Judah Gesmundo

Gentle Yoga offers a practice designed to build flexibility, balance, strength, calmness, and inner attunement to body and mind.

This class includes:

  • gentle opening postures which lubricate the joints from toes to head

  • active sequences which build strength, balance, and prana

  • inwardly-directed awareness-building practices

We will use the breath to calm the nervous system, strengthen focus and develop meditative inner attunement.

Cumulative effects of this practice include:

  • increased flexibility, strength and balance

  • a greater attunement to the mind-body connection

  • a more peaceful, grounded start to your day.

August 3 - August 10. Skip August 17, 24, and 31.

This class is offered in-person at the Ayurvedic Wellness Center or livestream via Zoom.

Can’t participate live on Thursdays at 10:00a ET? No worries, you can find a recording of this class in our on-demand library 24 hours after each session.
