Gentle Yoga (in-person or livestream)
w. Judah Gesmundo
Gentle Yoga offers a supportive practice designed to build flexibility, strength, balance and attunement to one's body, mind and heart. Join Judah for a class which includes gentle opening postures to lubricate the joints from toes to crown; active sequences which build strength, balance, and prana; and engagement of the mind and heart on inner awareness and being. We will use the breath to calm the nervous system, strengthen focus and develop meditative inner attunement.
This class is offered in-person at the Ayurvedic Wellness Center or livestream via Zoom.
Can’t participate live on Thursdays at 10:00a ET? No worries, you can find a recording of this class in our on-demand library 24 hours after each session.
