Release & Restore (in-person + livestream)
w. Kat Owens

This 'meet you where you're at' yoga class invites you to explore and nurture your relationship with overwhelm, embodiment, and rest. With the support of a certified Yoga Therapist, these sessions are trauma-informed and facilitated in a way that supports unhurried movement, agency, and choice. Each gathering will include invitational sharing as an opportunity to ground and be present with one another, connecting our individual yoga practice to a collective network of support.

While these classes can be beneficial for all, they may be especially supportive for those feeling overwhelmed, desiring deeper community, navigating specific health concerns, and/or working in fields of service (personal or professional).

This class is offered in-person at the Ayurvedic Wellness Center or livestream via Zoom. Registration includes access to a class recording for 7 days.

Can’t participate live on Tuesdays at 5:30p ET? No worries, you can find a recording of this class in our on-demand library 24 hours after each session.
